Growing up on the water in St. Mary’s Maryland Scott always had a love for oysters, after 20 years of playing polo professionally and a background in engineering he thought what better time than now to start raising oysters and reinvent the wheel of how cultivating premium oysters is done.

Growing up on both the east and west coast Virginia has always been passionate about the sea. With a background in running restaurants and operating small businesses, she’s fore-fronted growing the brand Salty Bottom Blue with plans to expand.

As a native Chesapeake Bay farmer cultivating oysters and championing the health of the local ecosystem, Lawrence is merging marine tradition with cutting-edge technology. With a background in artificial intelligence, Battle is focused on developing AI solutions tailored for aquaculture and coastal industries. He is working to bridge the gap between environmental stewardship and innovation, assisting to help modernize business and marine operations through data-driven insights, automation, and predictive analytics.  .
